Paul: As Brad mentioned earlier, Staying Well is a priority and like all priorities, its requires a plan or a strategy to successfully fulfill that priority. This morning we would like to share our Top 10 Tips for staying well.
Tip #1 – Stay immunized!
Making sure you have you are up to date on your vaccinations is an important health foundation. Get your annual flu vaccine today and talk with our pharmacists about other vaccine needs like pneumonia, shingles, hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, and TDAP. Tip #2 – know your numbers!
The COVID-19 Pandemic has made it challenging for patients to maintain their regularly scheduled medical visits and get routine lab work. The Medicine Center Pharmacy has a number of point of care tests available in the pharmacy to help you know your numbers. Tip #3 – Support Your Immune System!
